Chris Halvorson's
candid show ring photos regularly appear in show publications,
including Canine Chronicle, Dog News, ShowSight,
and various breed magazines. Her feature articles and photos have
appeared in numerous magazines, including AKC Gazette, Dog
Fancy, DOGS USA, and Dog World.
She's an award-winning member of the Dog Writers Association of America.
Prior to her freelance writing career, Chris was a copywriter in the advertising department of a retail store.
Chris is a 1972 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Her degree is in English Education.
Tom Halvorson is a retired engineer having worked at Praxair for over 30 years. He is a 1972 graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Tom's interest is combining the latest digital imaging technology with computer applications.
With their daughter Angie, the Halvorsons show Airedales in conformation, obedience, and performance events. Angie occasionally joins the DogAds photo team as a photographer at large events.
